Taking into consideration all the bottlenecks, historical issues, visualizing and ideating a practical solution and interact with consultants to document and discuss with stakeholders across the regions for understanding and acceptance.
Finalize the requirement considering cross-functional impact and productive in terms of business process flow, effort and time management.
SWOT analysis of the current team, process, and accordingly visualize, discuss and build an enterprise solution to ensure the future is in safe hands with an efficient, yet flexible system to accommodate any future issues.

Being part as the key member of the team from the operational side, provided concepts, data origins, logics to ensure the visualization had user interested in the appearance and data shown.
Part of setting up workshops, to summarize the results and recommend expectations
Finalize the requirement considering cross-functional impact and productive in terms of business process flow, effort and time management.
Provided comprehensive expertise to the technical team to ensure the deliverables are met satisfactorily.
Conceived, recommended and implemented milestone tracking analysis, gap analysis & performance analysis.
Assisted in implementing the state-of-the-art analytical tools on the dashboard to help the Business Management in decision making.

ERP Implementation MS Dynamics AX 2009

SME, Process Design, Migration & User Training.

Contributed as a lead member representing the Sales & Hire-desk operations for the Microsoft AX ERP System implementation project for the past two years across all operations in the Middle East. Have taken the lead role in user training of the ERP system and development of the system to suit the business process.
Key member of the Data cleansing exercise carried out throughout the group and also ensure that the Data updated in the system post implementation conforms to process requirements.
Integral part of the Change Management Process for the group for migration to the new ERP system.
Conducted a complete post implementation review of the ERP system including work flow, documents & reports, approval and authorities, Internal checks and controls, Processes and procedures and recommend change requests to be implemented.
